Rajeev Kr Gupta

He did LLB (2008-11) and Exe. MBA (PGEXP) from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (2011-13) while in service and was awarded as “Best Outgoing Student with Gold Medal” by IIM Ranchi. After taking VRS he joined JSW Steel ltd and worked for 3 years (2014-17) and then worked with PwC Pvt Ltd (2017-18) for one year till May 2018 to look after a GST implementation project in the Government of Jharkhand. Presently, he is the Curator and Chief Organizer of TEDxKanke. Idea is to revolutionize the present conventional system and to bring valuable change in society. He is also the founder and Director of Ideate Inspire Ignite Foundation to empower the society around him through different disruptive initiatives and activities. His dynamism as an influencer has provided him with an innate ability to connect with people and as an experience transferor. So he traversed the path of public speaking and delivering guest lectures on GST and Leadership, Team management, and self-regulation (General Management Program) at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, IIM Ranchi, IICM (Indian Institute of Coal Management), HEC Ltd, MECON Ltd, SAIL, MTI of SAIL, RTI (Audit and Accountant Office Ranchi) and other public and private sector institutions. He has also been a keynote speaker in events organized by ASSOCHAM, CII, Ph.D., and ICC Industry Association on various themes from the state of the Indian economy to startups and entrepreneurship. He is also working closely with grass-root level entrepreneurs connected to “village” to transform them into “Smart Village” and to bring changes in society via cycling as a motivational hobby.
